Broken down lift leaves elderly trapped
DISABLED and elderly residents in sheltered housing have been trapped in their flats for five weeks, waiting for the lift to be repaired. Ray Waters, 61, is one of around 40 residents of Albany Court, Albany Road, Leyton, affected by the breakdown.
