Elderly N.S. man on four-wheel scooter injured when hit by truck

YARMOUTH, N.S. (CP) - An elderly man riding a four-wheel motorized scooter was seriously injured Thursday after he was hit by a five-tonne truck. The 87-year-old Yarmouth man, who was in a crosswalk when he was hit, was taken to hospital.
