'Mr. Santa Rosa' in attendance

At 10 a.m., almost three hours before first post Wednesday, the racetrack at the Sonoma County Fair was silent. No fans in the grandstands. No horses on the dirt. Just a few maintenance workers sprucing up the place, quietly pushing brooms and watering plants in the winner's circle.
