The SCOOTER Store's Gift of Mobility Delivers Joy to Disabled Charleston Clown

Dressed in a full clown costume, donning a polka-dot hat atop a bright red wig, Stephen Jarrett has spent years delivering the gift of laughter to others. Rolling around town in a tattered power scooter, the 57-year-old double amputee finds purpose in making people happy. Today, The SCOOTER Store delivered a special gift to Mr. Jarrett to help him continue on his mission.
