Man Offers Reward To Find Driver Who Hit His Wife

With gas prices for boats averaging $4 a gallon, many boat owners are hitting the water less this summer or finding other ways to cut costs. Some are spending more time at the marina with friends, taking shorter trips or cutting their motors more often.

Donna Bingel Harper of Mechanicsville, Va., passed away Friday, June 30, 2006. She is survived by her son, Scott Anonick; two stepchildren, Madelyn and Zachery Harper; her parents, Jerry and Joyce Bingel; and one sister, Tracy B. Godfrey.
